• Each owner must contract/pay the ejido for a new water connection. Water is a very sensitive issue in our relationship with the ejido, of which we are a part. Rainwater harvesting is plentiful in the area, so it is recommended to consider this when designing your home.
• Each lot will have its own individual meter on the electrical network, which has been specially built for La Finca. Underground tubing is ready, every owner is responsible for private wiring.
• The internal road is a gravel road and must be maintained by the property owners, as it is private. Major maintenance was done in 2026.
• There are no telephone installations yet, but both landline and mobile phone coverage are available.
